Katarina had a child in 1780 named Anna Olsdotter (out of wedlock) with Olof Hindriksson. The parish register says: "The child of the woman Catharina Månsson. The father is said to be the man Olof Hindriksson from the parish of Bratfors. Witnesses of baptism: Nils Larsson and his wife Ellicka Hansdotter in Hedås. The wife Anna Månsdotter ibid." In 1781 Katarina moved from Kungskogstorp to Färnebo with her husband to come and her child. In 1782 Olof Hindriksson and Katarina Månsdotter (3/11, 10/11, 17/11) put up the banns and they were married by the assistant vicar of Lungsund. Olof is said to be descended from Finshyttan in Färnebo. She is reported for moving to Färnebo a second time in 1783, where she now lives with her husband Olof and her two children. Her last daughter Maja is born in Färnebo in 1786. In 1789 she returned to Lungsund from Färnebo with her three children after the death of her husband Olof.

Anna Olsdotter is reported to be born out of wedlock in the parish registers of Lungsund. She died in the same place where she was born, that is Kungskogstorp. The cause of her death is said to be old age.

Lena is not to be found in the birth register of Lungsund. This may depend on the fact that she was born in Fogdehyttan, Färnebo, where her parents moved in 1781. But it seems to be a fact that Katarina and even Olof Hindriksson moved back and forth between Kungsbotorp and Färnebo. In 1783 it is reported that Katarina Månsdotter moved from Kungsbotorp to Färnebo and in 1786 that Olof Hindriksson and Katarina Månsdotter moved from Kungsbotorp to Färnebo. According to notes in some of the church books Lena was born in Lungsund, which seems to be difficult to prove. Lena got a child out of wedlock in 1806. His name was Anders Andersson and he became stepson in the family when Lena got married to Lars Jansson. It may be noted that Lena's son Jan (Larsson) later on got married to his cousin Kajsa Bengtsdotter, the daughter of Lena's sister Anna Olsdotter.
